On the last 12th, the new technical structure of CCN Automação was elaborated with the help of CONAD, at the Convention Center of Hotel Bourbon in SP, where the coordinators, supervisors and managers of the technical areas of CCN do RJ were present and SP, in addition to the board.

In the presentation, CONAD, the consultancy contracted to carry out this analysis and restructuring, presented the proposed new structure and all the details so that we can begin the process of migration to this new format, within the standards of the PMI – Project Management Institute.

In the next webinar (Monday, the 17th), we will present this new format, which unifies the technical structures and standardizes processes in RJ and SP for the rest of the company. This is a demonstration that CCN continues to believe in growth and is getting better and better prepared to face the challenges that lie ahead.
